Yes. Once your measurements are stored, you can reorder garments without repeating the full fitting process.

Do you offer private tailoring services internationally?

Yes. We offer private tailoring services in selected international cities (Milan, New York, Miami, Paris, London & Dubai). Please contact us to check availability for your location.

Where can the fitting take place?

Fittings can take place at our atelier, at your home, office, hotel, yacht or another private location depending on your preference.

Can a tailor come to my hotel or home?

Yes. Our private tailoring service can be arranged at your home, office, or hotel for maximum comfort and discretion.

Can I book a fitting while visiting Italy?

Yes. If you are visiting Italy, you can schedule an appointment at our atelier or arrange a private fitting during your stay.

How long does a private tailoring appointment usually take?

A private tailoring appointment typically lasts between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on the garments and level of customization.

Pricing & Payments

Is there a minimum order for an appointment in store?

No. You are welcome to visit our atelier to explore fabrics, discuss ideas, and discover our tailoring services with no minimum order requirement.

Is there a minimum order for the private tailoring service?

Depending on the location and travel requirements, a minimum order may apply for private tailoring appointments. Please contact us for details.

Do you require a deposit to begin an order?

Yes. A deposit is always required to start bespoke or custom orders. The remaining balance is due upon delivery, without exceptions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna (buy now, pay later), bank transfers, USDC and selected digital payment methods available at checkout.

Do prices vary depending on fabrics and details?

Yes. Prices may vary depending on the selected fabrics and materials. However, for a given price many customization options are already included. Special requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Can I pay for an order in installments?

Yes. You can split your payment using PayPal’s 3-installment option or Klarna, depending on availability at checkout.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

Yes. We accept USDC at checkout. For other cryptocurrency payments, please contact us for details before placing your order.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide using trusted logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, and Bartolini.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available for orders over €60 within Italy and over €250 for Europe, the USA, and Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on destination and order value. Standard rates start from €8 within Italy, €20 for Europe, USA and Canada, and €30 for the rest of the world.

Do you offer express shipping options?

Yes. Express shipping is available via DHL with delivery typically within 24 hours depending on the destination.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details.

Are customs duties and import taxes included in the price?

No. Duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and displayed separately at checkout. We ship using Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning we handle customs clearance and pay the duties on your behalf, so you won’t face any additional charges upon delivery.

Will I need to pay any additional customs duties or taxes upon delivery?

No. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so you will not incur additional costs upon delivery.

Can garments be delivered directly to my home, hotel, or office?

Yes. Orders can be delivered to your home, office, hotel, or any address you specify at checkout.

Can I have my shipping delivered to a pickup point?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. From there, you can choose your preferred pickup point through the carrier’s
delivery management system.

Returns & Refunds

How do I request a return?

Returns can be requested within 14 days from the dispatch date through your customer account portal or by contacting us at ask@capricebespoke.com.

Which items are eligible for return?

Only unused items in original condition with tags and packaging can be returned. Bespoke, made-to-measure, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Will I need to pay customs duties when returning an item?

No. Returned items should be clearly marked as “Return for Customs Purposes” to avoid additional charges.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Returned items are inspected within 5 business days after delivery. Once approved, the refund is issued immediately.

Which payment method will the refund be issued to?

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, you can return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

How long does it take to receive custom orders?

Bespoke, made-to-measure, and pre-order items require between 30 to 45 days for production before shipping.

Yes. We offer our classic Caprice Bespoke Gift Card, which can be used across our entire collection. For particular products or experiences, you can also choose directly from our curated collection of gift cards.

Can I include a personal message with my gift?

Yes. You can include a personal message in the dedicated message box when placing your order.

Yes. For an additional €15, you can request a printed gift voucher presented in our signature packaging. This option can be selected directly on the gift card page.
