Construction en Toile Complète
Full canvas construction is a tailoring method in which a continuous layer of woven horsehair canvas is hand-stitched to the jacket's chest and front, allowing it to mould to the wearer's body over time rather than relying on adhesive fusing.
The canvas floats freely between the outer fabric and the lining, responding to heat, movement, and wear over years. It is the construction method that defines bespoke and the finest made-to-measure jackets.
