At Caprice Bespoke, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering not only refined, handcrafted products, but also a seamless and reassuring shipping experience.

From order processing to customs clearance, every shipment is carefully managed by our team. All duties, taxes and import fees are collected at checkout, so you will never incur additional costs upon delivery.

Holiday Notice

Please note that our atelier observes two annual closure periods.

  • Summer Break: Orders placed from August 8 to August 27 will be processed starting August 28
  • Winter Break: Orders placed from December 23 to January 6 will be processed starting January 7

Shipping Rates 

Shipping within Italy

Free shipping: Complimentary shipping on all orders over €60. Applied automatically at checkout.

Standard shipping: Orders below €60 incur a €8 shipping fee. Delivery time: 1–3 working days via Bartolini.

Express shipping:  24-hour delivery available for €15 via DHL.

Shipping to Europe, USA & Canada

Free shipping: Complimentary shipping on all orders over €250. Applied automatically at checkout.

Standard shipping:  Orders under €250 incur a €20 shipping fee.

Express shipping:  24-hour delivery available for €25 via DHL.

Shipping to Rest of the World

International shipping: A flat rate of €30 applies to worldwide destinations.

Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (CET).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET are processed the same business day. 

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Italian public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Duties

All international orders are shipped using Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service through our logistics partners DHL.

This means we handle all customs clearance procedures, duties and import taxes on your behalf, ensuring no additional charges at delivery.

Please note: Caprice Bespoke cannot be held responsible for eventual customs fees paid by the customer without prior consultation. If any issue arises, contact us immediately at ask@capricebespoke.com before taking action.

Delivery Times

We dispatch all ready-to-ship orders within 24 hours on business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 1–4 business days
  • USA & Canada: 2–4 business days
  • South America, Australia, Asia (UAE, Japan, South Korea, China, Russia): 3–5 business days

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the dispatch date to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused, unworn and in original condition
  • with all original tags attached
  • in their original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

You can choose to return the item(s) in two ways:

1- Using Our Courier

Contact us at ask@capricebespoke.com, specifying:

  • order number
  • item(s) you wish to return
  • request to let us handle the return label and pickup

If eligible, we will reply promptly with detailed instructions and a secure payment link to cover the return shipping costs.

2- Using Your Courier

Navigate to the customer portal by following this link: https://account.capricebespoke.com

  • Enter the email address used at checkout
  • Log in securely using the one-time access code
  • Access your order details
  • Click the “Request Return” button

Please note: requests submitted after 14 days from dispatch and items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

Special Orders

Pre-orders, made-to-measure and bespoke items require a production time of approximately 30 days. Shipping will follow once production is complete.

We recommend contacting us before placing your order for any timing or customization inquiries. For cancellations, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

At Caprice Bespoke, every detail matters — especially when gifting. All orders are delivered in our signature luxury packaging, designed to reflect the elegance of Italian craftsmanship.
