Politique de remboursement
Once the returned item is received by Caprice Bespoke, it will be inspected within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
At the end of the inspection process, we will send you an email confirming:
- the outcome of the inspection, and
- if eligible, the confirmation that the refund has been issued
Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at ask@capricebespoke.com.
Important Notes
1- Packaging
Items must be securely packed using the original packaging or a suitable alternative suitable for shipment.
The customer is responsible for the item until it is received and inspected by Caprice Bespoke. Any damage caused by inadequate packaging or during return shipment may affect the eligibility for a refund.
Caprice Bespoke cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during the return shipping process.
2- Customs & Duties
For international returns, please clearly mark the package as “Return for Customs Purposes” in the shipping documents to avoid any customs charges.
Caprice Bespoke is not responsible for customs duties, taxes or delays caused by incorrect declarations.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
3- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item, is to:
- return the original item (if eligible), and
- place a new order once the return is approved
4- Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ask@capricebespoke.com with photos and details.
5- Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom, made-to-measure or personalized products
- Bespoke and made-to-order garments
- Items personalized with initials, embroidery or custom specifications
- Gift cards
- Sale, private sale or sample sale items

Any other product explicitly stated as non-returnable in the product description at the time of purchase
This is in accordance with EU consumer law exceptions for personalized goods.
